This is an incontestable fact and it endures as a matter of the established international public record. Neither North American country can truthfully claim to ever being race-neutral or culturally deferent to Africans, (or Indigenous American Nations for that matter) without being historically revisionist about how Europeans came to gain control over the Americas in the first place.
