Radio Utopie

Die etwas andere Poeten- und Lesebühne BERLINER WALD hat mit ihrem Format der unterschiedlichen Textformen und musikalischen Vibes etwas Neues in der Buehnenliteratur-Unterhaltung gemacht. In den letzten anderhalb Jahren lud das sechsköpfige Ensemble monatlich einen literarischen und einen musikalischen Gast zum Auftritt in der besonderen Waldatmosphäre ein – im großen Saal, mit Spotlight auf der Bühne, aber Teelicht auf den weiß eingedeckten Tischen, gab es regelmäßig frische Texte zu frischen Drinks.

Washington: Man weiss es nicht. Gibt es sowas? 2 Männer betreten also die Bühne in Washington und erklären, sie würden im grossen Krieg dieser Zeit „standhaft“ bleiben. Bush und Blair, 2 Kriegsfürsten eines derzeitigen und ehemaligen Imperiums, deren Feldzug stecken geblieben ist und von denen bereits einer von der Bühne vertrieben wurde. 2 Schachfiguren, ersetzbar, getrieben von etwas, was im Hintergrund wirkt. Nicht König, nicht einmal Dame, werden sie gezogen und müssen ziehen. Nur können sie es eben nicht aus der Hüfte.

Washington: You know, there is a little tale. It tells from little people, in the Theatre of Life. Today, there stood two old men in Washington and told us about the Theatre of War. U.S. President George Bush and Tony Blair, the outgoing Prime Minister of the former British Empire, were talking about their war in Afghanistan and Iraq, climate change and further things to come in Africa. Blair said, the U.K. would remain a „steadfast ally in the fight against terrorism“ (1), the former „global war on terror“.

Washington, this is dangerous. It is always like that if something ugly comes to surface. He is just staying. He – is – just – staying. „Nooo,“ he goes, „nooooahhaa, I´m Wolfowitz. You cannot throooaa MEEEEE ouuuut…“ Hey guys – just continue. That is the very best way to end corruption, hypocrisy, exploitation, monopolism, starvation and the cancer of human kind once and for all: the Beast Capitalism who murders Humans in numbers of tens of thousands every day.
