Der Spiegel berichtete begeistert (1), dass CNN gemeldet hätte, Charly hätte…- Stille – das US-Militär hätte also gesagt, da wären „fĂĽnf Boote der iranischen Revolutionswächter.. bis auf 200 Meter“ an drei US-Kriegsschiffe rangefahren und hätten gedroht:“Wir kommen auf euch zu. Ihr werdet in wenigen Minuten explodieren.“ Das hätte ein abgefangen Funkspruch gesagt,sagte das US-Militär zu CNN, die zum „Spiegel“ und der zur Achse der Ochsen.

Strait of Hormuz: Five Iranian Revolutionary Guard boats „harassed and provoked“ three U.S. Navy ships early Sunday in international waters, the U.S. military said Monday, calling the encounter a „significant“ confrontation. Well – actually that´s what CNN reported (1). But there were other reports at the beginning: „Citing unnamed military officials in Washington, CNN, NBC and other news outlets reported today that one of five Iranian ships came within 200 yards of a group of three U.S. naval vessels Saturday night in international waters within the Strait of Hormuz, the narrow passage through which much of the gulf’s oil reaches the world.“ (2)

Bei ihrem Wahlkampfgriff in die Nazi-Kiste sprechen Verantwortliche der CDU, hier beispielsweise die Bundestagsabgeordnete und Integrationsbeauftragte von Ex-FDJ-Agitprop-Sekretärin Angela Merkel, Maria Böhmer, die auch Mitglied im Präsidium der CDU ist, von „Erziehungscamps“ fĂĽr kriminelle Jugendliche. Camp ist ein Anglizismus und bedeutet nichts anderes als Lager. Mit Erziehung ist bei der Wortkreation Erziehungscamp eindeutig eine Inhaftierung gemeint. FĂĽr die Kombination dieser Worte gibt es in der deutschen Sprache bereits einen zutreffenden Ausdruck, nämlich „Lagerhaft“.

Zwischen all der rechtsextremen Propaganda von Roland Koch wäre es fast untergegangen, dass der Multimilliardär Rupert Murdoch sich gerade in Deutschland beim Bezahlfernsehen Premiere eingekauft hat und dort mit 14,58% nun größter Aktionär ist. Wie dieser Kriegstreiber die von ihm kontrollierten Massenmedien nutzt, um Menschen mit dem Ersetzen von Nachrichten durch Propaganda zu manipulieren, ist dank des Films Outfoxed glücklicherweise inzwischen bestens dokumentiert.

The Paul Simon Legend The day Barack Obama entered the stage of Washington politics was when he got elected as United States Senator from Illinois in 2004. Before that he had served in the Illinois Senate from 1997 to 2004 with an unsuccessful Democratic primary run (1) for the U.S. House of Representatives seat in 2000. But the foundation of his election as a senator in 2004 – and, in fact, also for his success in Iowa a few days ago – was a legend: the Paul Simon Legend.
